RT Machine brings CNC dovetail machine, pocket hole machine, etc. to WPE Lancaster | Woodworking Net

RT Machine will showcase the Mereen-Johnson 1100 CNC dovetail machine in the two-day treadmill program at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster.

Mannheim, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania-RT Machine plans to showcase four woodworking machines and their customer service support at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster. The Hughesville, Pennsylvania-based machinery dealer will conduct a demonstration of the Mereen-Johnson 1101 CNC dovetail machine, including as a participant in the treadmill program. The CNC dovetail machine maximizes flexibility due to its fast conversion. It has a 3 horsepower high-speed spindle motor and a programmable cutting speed of up to 5 inches per second. The machine can handle material thicknesses from 3/8 inch to 3/4 inch, and when cutting four dovetail tenons, it can produce 60 boxes per hour. RT Machine will also exhibit the following equipment:

The Diehl SL30 is equipped with a 14-inch 10-horsepower spindle motor. Or 16 inches. Blade diameter, fixed spindle and fixed feed rate of 60 fpm. It can handle material thicknesses up to 2-1/2 inches, with a maximum glue line of 5 feet. It uses Diehl's unique undercutting principle to provide high-quality cuts and simplify dust collection.

The Castle TSM-22 is Castle’s best-selling pocket hole machine. TSM-22 clamps the material in a pocket, and then taps a guide hole with the foot pedal. Castle said that TSM-22 can create fast, sturdy, and stable butt joints. The machine can be used for composite materials, panels, hardwood or softwood. 

Vecoplan VHZ 800 is a small paper shredder, specially developed to meet the needs of the wood processing industry. Features include easy-to-access screen and PLC control/touch panel monitoring.

RT Machine has a group of technical support professionals to support its machine sales.
