Mississauga, Ontario — Elecosoft will showcase its latest version of Staircon design and manufacturing software at the Wood Machinery and Supply Conference and Expo (WMS).

WMS was originally scheduled to be held from November 4 to 6, 2021, and will now be held at the International Center from February 24 to 26, 2022.

Elecosoft said it is making a "major update" to Staircon CAD, including the introduction of new 3D views powered by a solid modeler. This "greatly enhances the 3D experience," Elecosoft added.

Current Staircon users will find that in the 2020.2 SP2 version, the plan view, side view, and production view remain unchanged.

Elecosoft stated that it has added many stair parts and stair models to the database attached to the software. This expanded parts library allows new customers to get up and running quickly. Learn more about the upgraded Staircon by watching the video above, watching a demonstration by Elecosoft personnel at WMS Booth 301, or visiting staircon.com. The video below is a case study illustrating how Accurate Stairs & Railings in Ottawa, Ontario benefited from using Staircon software.
