3 steps know how it works
Step 1:as the sheet is loaded ,the stack automatically raises to the next sheet
Step 2:the machine Traverse at the end of middle table ,then 3 suction cups are over the end of the panel, they pick it up with vacuum.at meanwhile ,pusher come out from fence and push the sheet to unloading table,it starts feeding all these parts down here ,until they break a light beam on this end. poisition device align the sheet.so that lines it perfectly on the table
Step 3:operator could put labels on and operator also take the parts off of the machine and it's real simple ,operator puts it on a stack or a rack or wherever.

Advantages
1. the purpose of the autoloader is to get more productivity out of the CNC without requiring more people. one person can still operate the machine. all the materials handled automatically, and it really makes it a much simpler job for the operator.
2. when the gantry has positioned the material on the table, then a fence comes up in a pusher from opposite side ,presses it against it that aligns it in one axis ,then a pin pops up another pusher aligns it from the other end, so that lines it perfectly on the table. once it's aligned, those pins retract and the vacuum is automatically turned on.
3. there's a12 horsepower HSD head with a tool changer, and boring box an HST boring block, there's quite a lot of mass there , each of those heads has its own z-axis in there ,so between that and the maths behind their support there's a lot of mass.
